Qualifications: 18 years Unigraphics (NX) experience in product and tooling design. Training in Industrial Design and materials and processes for the manufacturing environment with experience in injection and die cast molding, casting and machining. 22 years experience in part design for manufacturing, from prototype products to injection molds using a variety of the latest rapid prototyping and robotic machine tools. Currently with Panasonic Automotive.

Designed and developed 12 chairs in 2 months using Pro-E. Rapid prototyped, assembled prototypes and trained workforce of 150 people for production of final product in 9 days while solving tooling problems on the fly. Designs presented at NEOCON 1997. For the last 5 years I have been developing a residential scale solar focusing combined heat and power system that utilizes sunlight to make steam, electricity, hot water, house hold heating and cooling (for AC and refrigeration) at far higher efficiencies than photovoltaic panels. In 2012 I was awarded 8th place in NASA Tech Briefs Create the Future Design Competition. Aquaponics: For the last 3 years we have been working on an aquaponics system that makes it possible to farm in urban and sub-urban areas and produce more food per acre than is possible through traditional mono-cultural agriculture systems without using petroleum based fertilizers or GMOs.
