Danielle Mc Ferran

Creative Director / Senior Designer — Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

About

I’ve been employed in the design industry for over twelve years and am currently Owner/Creative Director of my own company, Done and Dusted Design.

My abilities and interests in different areas of design take me to many more creative places than solely graphics. I’ve designed mobile phones for LG Electronics in Dublin; lighting products for GE Plastics in USA; developed new ceramics for Belleek Living; art directed photoshoots for several leading NI and UK companies; created tasty and provocative language for a French Pâtisserie Chef; filmed, edited and produced DVDs for multi media live events, lectured in the University of Ulster, and given design talks on global video/audio meetings.

I continue to push creatively in working in the realm of web design, social media and
digital illustration.

I believe in being honest and informal; creating a strong personal relationship with my client and following that through with design and marketing skills that best demonstrate how their
business can prosper.

I have headed up creative teams where I work hard to inspire and encourage forward-thinking design and respect for each person’s role in a project. I work well alone and also in a team as a catalysist for creative thought.
