During my 20 year career, spanning positions from customer service to operations analysis, I have always advocated to make process and interaction enhancements that benefit customers and the company’s bottom line. In school I majored in Graphic Design, earning high marks in sociology and epistemology. In my personal life, I’ve always been interested in the behavioral sciences and expanding my own perspective in an empathetic desire to make community improvements.
When I first learned about the User Experience profession I was very excited by the prospect of putting all my passions, talents and education to use in one profession. I immediately started doing research on UX and began usability testing on several different applications in my free time. After conducting competitive analysis, surveys, prototyping, and completing high fidelity renditions with my changes, I sent my work out to several UX professionals and received extremely positive feedback.
I am an extremely dedicated and passionate individual interested in creating the environment that keeps users engaged, products competitive and companies successful.
