Gretchen has practiced information architecture and user experience design since 1999. She has led and collaborated on projects focused on identifying and delivering solutions that balance the complexity of her client’s business, while being an advocate for usable, useful, and engaging user experiences. She uses an interdisciplinary, end-to-end, user-centered approach to user experience design and development that includes strategy, design, user experience research, and evaluation.
