Harkess-Ord - July 2008 to Present

Working on contract as a graphic designer for a brand implementation company. Responsible for creating site packs to visualize the branding of client offices, as well as miscellaneous design needs.


Eventive Marketing - April 2008 – May 2008

Filled in for the office’s sole graphic designer during a period of absence at an event marketing firm. Quickly familiarized myself with their creative resources as well as current projects in need of completion. Designed event recap booklets, e-blasts, PowerPoint templates, event mockups, fliers, and other creative needs.


Bloomberg LP - April 2007 / December 2007

Worked within the company’s worldwide internal design department, bringing print and web projects from design to production. Projects included internal company signage and premiums; informative graphics, animations, and icons for the Bloomberg Terminal software; advertising design for Bloomberg Markets Magazine; billboard and train card advertisements for Bloomberg Radio; editorial styleguides for Bloomberg Law magazine; and miscellaneous photography, layout, and design work for varied projects.


Sign-A-Rama - August 2005 / March 2007

Designed and fabricated signs and graphics for local and national businesses. Interacted with customers during every point of the sales and design process. Worked with a team of assistants to design, produce, and install exterior signage, lightboxes, vinyl graphics, window lettering, dimensional lettering, stationery, custom illustrations, and logo design.


Freelance Work

- Authored nationally published strategy guides for Turok: Rage Wars, Fur Fighters, and Shadowman 2.
- Designed a full wedding invitation package, including custom illustrations and packaging.
- Created custom logos and illustrations for individual clients and small businesses.
