Jewelry/Metal Arts - These projects were created in Jewelry Metal Arts 1 & 2 taught by Marilyn da Silva and Curtis Harima.
Architectural pearl earrings for stretched ears. - I created these earrings because it is incredibly hard to find elegant earrings for stretched ears. They are constructed of 4 gauge square fine silver, sheet silver, silver tubing and pearl cabachons.
The lower pearl and setting are hinged to the top setting to allow for movement.
This piece is a communion plate with an atomic bomb repoussed into the bottom. It was constructed with 18 gauge copper sheet, 20 gauge copper sheet, 20 gauge nickel sheet and handmade brass rivets.
This was the first item I made from metal. It is constructed from fine silver and filed by hand.
