Cover - The inspiration for this book was inspired by my Polish Heritage. I grew up with grandparents who spoke the language, and as a child, I always wished that I could speak it with them. The story contains simple words and phrases in Polish that children can learn, so they can share the language with their families. The illustrations are based on the art of Polish paper cutting and depict scenes of a little girl using the words.
