Product Development in robotics for rehabilitation.

My work scope at Gnosis included market research and analysis, concept generation, creating and pitching presentations. My language ability enables me to communicate with my foreign colleagues and chinese factories. I am familiar with the techniques and processes of manufacturing. I was the CMF designer for the Instyler Professional where I managed any CMF developments and was responsible for the fabrication of golden samples during concept and production stages. I also oversaw the execution of prototypes, negotiated quotations, risk management, managed timelines, and was involved in clients and suppliers liaisons.

I was an intern at Detekt for 3 months before officially joining them as a junior designer. My job scope included research, ideation and concept development, drawing up the Product Design Specifications, building CAD models, 3D renderings, and presentation.

I took part in a six months internship at Airdesign after graduating from university. The design office was right above the manufacturing plant hence I was able to frequent all areas of the plant watching and observing the manufacturing process. I did research, concept development, CAD models and also had the opportunity to design a soft mould for a spare wheel cover I worked on. Some of the manufacturing techniques used there I have never seen or read about, and it was definitely an eye opener.
