Kaiser had an early start on what would be a very promising career when he enrolled at the Buenos Aires Stimulus to the Fine Arts Association (Asociación Estímulo de Bellas Artes de Buenos Aires) and began taking courses in painting and sculpture at the age of 14. After graduating from high school, he decided to study Graphic Design at the School of Architecture and Urbanism, at the University of Buenos Aires, but he did not finished the career. In 1986 he started working in the graphic industry as a freelancer for some printing companies as an illustrator and junior designer, where he learned about printing processes and photocromy.
At the same time, Kaiser steped into the Advertising business, also as a freelancer, collaborating with many agencies such as Yuste Publicida, among the main ones. From 1987 to 1898 he attended a course of Illustration, leaded by "Bebe" Ciupiak and Hermenegildo Sábat, two highly recognized South American artists.
In 1989 Kaiser joined González Taboada, Guevara y Asociados, after having developed several art direction and graphic production projects for this agency, as Director of the Art Department until the end of 2000, when he leaves the company to focus on Interative Design as a freelancer.
From 2001 to 2004, Kaiser worked as a Web Designer and Flash animator, providing also digital and 3D illustration services. The founded Digital Brand, an interactive studio that collaborated with agencies as J. Walter Thompson Argentina and its interative unit Digital@JWT, and other direct clients.
In 2003 Kaiser joined Bridger Conway, a well known design studio, with branches in Buenos Aires, Mexico and Miami. He leaded the web unit until 2004.
From 2004 to 2007, Kaiser worked as Creative Director in Latin3. In this interactive agency he developed the creative product and design for its clients, which are the Latin divisions of top global corporations, together with the Chief Creative Officer.
At present, Kaiser is relaunching his independent activity creating Kaiser Interactive Creative Studio, a team speciallized in high impact interative experiences that will provide services to agencies, studios and direct clients that want to add value to their digital projects.
Along his 20 years as a graphic and interactive creative, Kaiser gained several awards in local and international festivals through many agencies. Two print ads created together with Guillermo González Taboada -CEO and Chief Creative Officer of González Taboada, Guevara y Asociados- for Perrier bottled water and Grant’s whisky were included in the global campaigns of these top brands.
Digital Brand, his personal project’s website, obtained two Bombshock Awards from Ultrashock, a Design Forte Award from Netdiver and several "Site of the Month" in different Web Site and Flash galleries. Digital Brand has been awarded, presented or included as an inspiration source, discussion subject or permanent reference for thousands of beginners and advanced colleagues from the global interactive design community in more that 210 speciallized sites in 40 countries.
One of his interactive jobs appeared in the book “Crema”, an annual print edition of Adlatina.com –the Latin American advertising website- among the most awarded advertising pieces of the Latam Region, and he has also been interviewed by the Corean magazine W.E.B., one of the most prestigious speciallized publications of the Asian interative community.
At present Kaiser administrate a group in Facebook where he have started to share experiences and knowledge.
