I like to create plush toys as fan art. In 2013, my amigurumi (crocheted doll) version of Babo the Uglydoll, was highlighted on the ToysRevil blog as a preview for Giant Robot's annual Ugly Con. I also crocheted "Robo-Egg" that was drawn by artist Josh Ellingson, and an orange "Endorphin," (a character created by Dave Pressler, from the Nickelodeon "Robot & Monster" cartoon). I sewed "Jake the Dog," (a character from "Adventure Time," by Pendleton Ward) from felt. I sewed and embroidered "Fifi Lapin" as a dress-up fabric fashion doll with removable clothes and bow.
