Reporting directly to the Vice President of Creative Services, established the internal creative services department for SouthPeak Interactive. Developed the work flow standards and production development system to account for all aspects of design projects from concept to press-ready completion. Collaborating with internal web developer, designed the southpeakgames.com corporate website and all subsequent versions to accommodate the expanding product lineup, user functionality and expanded sales-generating aspects including mini-site development and integration for key game releases, social network integration and e-commerce functionality.

- Directed internal creative services team in all aspects of visual production tasks including trailers, packaging and web design

- Designed and illustrated cover art and logo designs for Monster Madness: Grave Danger, Roogoo, Mr. Slime and Two Worlds 2

- Designed graphics for all trade shows between 2008-2010 including E3, GameStop Show, Game Crazy, PAX, Comic Con etc.

- Established design style parameters for game titles developed internally while expanding on design styles set by external titles

Working with the Creative Director and Product Manager, developed original illustrations and designed the brand standards for 10 expanded children’s toy brands including: Hasbro TV Board Games, Beadrageous, Shrunken Heads, Magic Rocks, Twisted Tie Dye, GM Activities, Magic Sand, Boardwalk Games, Trinkits, Girl Space and Crazy Daisy.

- Provided art direction and mentoring to junior and freelance graphic designers

Developed and illustrated the cover art for the North American release of Freestyle Street Soccer and Punch King. - Designed 2003 E3 trade show booth graphics including game station art, sell-sheets and game posters

Provided custom Miss Kiss illustrations for use on advertising layouts, promotional materials and cosmetic product packaging.
