Metal I - An introduction to metal. A formal exploration of the medium leads to self-generated novel objects, which, in turn, become focal points for dialogue between maker and process. This mandatory course allows the student to explore the intersecting skills of hands-on metalworking, and self-directed, open-ended formal, and technical exploration of the medium.
The Art of Instructional Sketching - This course offers insight into a variety of engaging and effective descriptive sketch techniques. The skills covered during this class offers insight into distilling descriptive visuals into easily understandable content in an attempt to transcend spoken language to allow for better communication across fields of study, careers, etc.
