I am only writing a review because I read the negative reviews and felt I had to share my experience. I have small clients on ASmallOrange shared servers and company and other larger sites on a server we manage at Linode. Quite frankly, we've had zero -- and I do mean zero -- issues with ASmallOrange. I use chat for support when needed and have always felt happy with quick response time and the quality of the help. We do speak geek so I wonder if that helps? Someone mentioned having a problem accessing the database. I don't know their skill level but good grief, it's easily accessed from the control panel. We do our own auto backups of all sites to local, which is our preference as it's critical. Down time has not been an issue at all. We're not employed by or having any other relationship to ASmallOrange -- so this is truly representative of my company's experience. We'd be gone in a flash if that had not been the case.
