Resumé

I have been freelancing for over 25 years as an editorial photographer and writer working primarily for garden books and magazines.

I did gain bronze medal in the a Nikon International Photo Competition.

Clients include - Cassell, IPC, Octopus, Abbeydale Press, R.H.S,
Smith & Hawken, U.S Postal Dept, Collins, Moods of Man, Bauer Publishing, New Holland, Knickerbocker Press, Worthing Borough Council, plus many others. I have had articles published in Garden News, The English Garden, Ogrody (Poland), Essential Watergarden and several other magazines. I was also commissioned to do the photography for 5 different books. The last 2 being a book on Bonsai, and the book the Colombian Navy published of my and my wife's photography whilst at the Naval base in Bahia Malaga.

In 2008 I spent 5 months working with the Colombian navy taking photos from helicopters frigates and light aircraft. I visited two nature reserves in the Pacific and had to photograph beach landings, special forces exercises, President Uribe and the flora and fauna of the region.

I have had several commissions here in Villa de Leyva this year, eg Fashion photography and photographing horses, I also was asked to photograph a private collection.

I have also created 4 different websites including www.imagehire .co.uk

for which I also did all the photography.
