RECOMMENDATIONS “Amy’s design skills contributed greatly to several initiatives during her time at Straumann. She designed a graphic for our largest lab trade show to reveal a product launch that was used throughout communication materials in pre-show, at-show and post-show communication. Amy took the initiative to create an interactive PDF form to streamline communication and work flow for the EDU and MarCom teams. Her design skills for print were excellent.” –Valerie Andren, Manager, Marketing Services, Straumann “Amy’s work was accurate and she turned projects around very quickly. Since both of us have moved on from Straumann, Amy and I have worked together to update my current employer’s website. Amy did a great job. She is very accommodating, flexible and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Amy.” –Tina Yahiaoui, Straumann “We appreciate the lightning quick turnaround on this. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a program venue, brochure, etc. happen in a matter of hours! Thank you for making this a priority!” –Abigail Ovlinger, Director, Continuing Education, Straumann “Amy is professional and extremely creative with an excellent sense of design. She has a good grasp of the over-arching issues of design while, at the same time, pays careful attention to detail. Amy is able to take an idea and format it into a design that captures the messaging and look that either meets or exceeds client expectations. Her ability to interpret what a client is looking for and create colorful eye catching marketing tools with little direction is one of her true strengths. In focus group testing, her designs test at a high level.” –Manager of Outreach, Health Dialog “Amy has been pivotal in the design of outreach member materials. She is always conscience of both the effect and intent of the piece as well as how the piece will be produced. Her ability to blend design and functionality of the materials is one of her true strengths. She thinks things through, reads the messaging on pieces, and follows directions well with little intervention or guidance. Amy ensures that the pieces are consistent among clients and template materials. Her work has minimal errors as she pays close attention to detail and is very well organized. She is not afraid to ask questions to make sure she understands edits, or if she thinks something is incorrect.” –Manager of Outreach, Health Dialog “Amy’s design skills are what set her apart in the department. She is the lead designer for the team and is very creative. She has a keen sense of design and can create new materials with little direction. She exchanges ideas well with me and always comes up with a better design than I had anticipated. Amy’s design skills are top notch. She has a strong knowledge of the programs she uses on a daily basis, which allows her to work quickly.” –Manager of Outreach, Health Dialog “Amy always has the customer interest at the top of her mind. She is a great listener and can pull the elements of what a client is trying to achieve from just a few words heard. She completes her work with diligence and the utmost integrity.” –Manager of Outreach, Health Dialog “Amy has very good organizational skills. She is able to dissect a project and divide it into small doable steps. She develops a system to keep track of the projects and keep them on schedule.” –Manager of Outreach, Health Dialog “Amy’s peers appreciate her creativeness and the ease in which it is to work with her on projects outside her normal scope of work. They trust that she will do the work competently and professionally. Respected by her work colleagues, Amy is often the ‘go-to’ girl for issues related to her work.” –Manager of Outreach, Health Dialog “I would like to recognize your exceptional work on the Keeping Pace project and your going above and beyond to make the publication a great success. Thank you and congratulations on a job well done!!!” –Eleanor Leach, Chief of Staff, Health Dialog, Boston, 2009 “I am thrilled with the design [of the corporate magazine Keeping Pace]. The new corporate e-mail templates look really great. I really appreciate all the time you have spent working with me.” –Katie Hood, HD Communications “This is a beautiful piece of design that mixes art, space, and science in just the right combination. It’s very attractive, has a ‘light touch,’ draws you in, and makes you really want to pay attention to the message. Keep doing great work like this, and I’ll do my best to make sure millions of people get to see it!” –Chesley Chen, Vice President, Client Services, Health Dialog “I rate my experience working with Amy as excellent and very professional. There was a high level of personal service and nothing I would change about my experience. I would recommend Amy’s services to others.” –Carol Kelly, Disney/MGM Studios “Amy’s imagination and drive as our graphics and marketing director thrust our small architectural firm into a higher level of practice. Our website which she designed is considered by many clients and associates to be the best architect’s website they’ve seen, and upscale local realtors and builders are using it as a model for theirs. The magazine ad campaign she designed for us has generated inquiries even internationally. Our office will never be the same as a result of her time with us.” –Tom Price, Owner, Tom Price Architects, P.A.
