With a degree in architecture from Yale University and a Masters of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, I work in the field of exhibition and environmental design.

I started my exhibitions career at the American Museum of Natural History. At AMNH I helped design their biannual exhibits and oversaw the exhibits as they traveled around the world. In my time at the museum, I worked directly on 17 different exhibitions that were installed in over 50 venues nationally and internationally.

While at David Stark Design as a Technical Designer, I have worked on projects ranging form fundraising galas for the Metropolitan Opera and the Whitney Museum to product launches with Target and JC Penny as well as private events in the Roseland Ballroom and CitiField. In this position I collaborated on designs, created shop drawings, sourced materials from vendors, and estimated fabrication costs. I also lead the team during on-site installations; coordinating the efforts of union crews, production assistants, riggers and the many other vendors that play a role in an event.

Working for Lee H. Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership, my most recent project was to design two new museum galleries from schematic layouts to detail design packages. Working closely with an institutional client, I developed an immersive environment for a children’s gallery and an “art gallery for bugs” to present live invertebrates in a bugs gallery. I created detailed 3D models for regular client presentations and detail design packages for pricing and fabrication. Construction is to be completed at the end of 2016.
