    As a Director of Creative at CDK Global, I am responsible for ensuring consistent branding and creative strategy across all marketing channels, from product marketing and strategic communications to digital//UX, event marketing and executive presentation support.     Within my team, I've spearheaded the adoption of Slack for communication, Agile Methodology bi-weekly standups to streamline project management, Dropbox for file sharing and have created a personal weekly newsletter to encourage my team, inform them of initiatives from leadership, and bridge the gaps of time and space in an effort to help us all work seamlessly together.
