Drive innovation for men's, women's and youth team apparel including uniforms, training wear, and lifestyle product. Design M/W lacrosse, and women's basketball. Travel domestically/globally and utilize market research to select and develop fabric and trims for seasonal collections. Present seasonal aesthetic design direction with digital presentations of new CAD designs, color and fabric boards. Conduct product weartests with professional and collegiate athletes to test fit, fabric, durability, and functionality. Partner with UA Inline Graphics team to create cohesive on-field and retail brand stories. Manage one assistant designer - responsible to set his goals, monitor progress, critique work, and develop career path. Effectively collaborate and communicate with technical design, sports marketing, and product management teams to produce market relevant product ranges and concepts. Maintain six overlapping production calendars, meeting deadlines for approximately 300 styles and 2,000 SKUs.
