Currently I am the Director of Product Development at Project Frog. I have 18 patents to my name and bring a wealth of creativity and product design experience to my work. My design experience ranges from prefabricated buildings to medical devices and RFID credit card scanners. Before joining Project Frog, I was the lead mechanical designer at ViVOtech Inc. where I designed RFID credit card readers frequently seen at fast food restaurants, movie theaters, and retail environments. On the lighter side, I was the president of Under Development, Inc, where I created the world-famous product The Beerbelly™ and Winerack™, featured on CNN, the TODAY show, Jay Leno and many mainstream magazines including Playboy, FHM and Maxim. I began my career as a product designer at PATH, an international non-profit organization, where I designed and developed products including a visual inspection device, a novel contraceptive diaphragm, and a needle-less hypodermic jet injector. I have a degree in Fine Arts from Colorado State University. Additional course work in engineering, materials, and attending a Stanford University Emerging Entrepreneurs in Biomedical Technology workshop enables me to think “outside the box”.
