I have more than eight years of experience in professional graphic design. I have received several awards in National contests for my design works. I have long work experience with UN agencies particularly with UNDP and UNICEF. My cooperation with UNICEF started from 2004 and since that I have designed more than 200 materials such as publications, reports, posters and others.
In 2011 I was invited to work as Media Production and Design Manager to University of Central Asia and moved to Kyrgyz Republic. Here in Communications and Marketing Department, I am responsible for all, including web based, public materials of regional institution with more than 400 employees. This includes presentations, infographics, exhibition setups, brochures, flyers, support for campaigns and other products and activities.
Efficient tools we use include email campaigns and web pages. My role is to identify cases, develop HTML templates for email campaigns (we use Mailchimp), create targeted campaigns, manage lists and forms and compile statistics. I also develop online presentations (Tilda).
I have developed several applications and databases, such as National Women and Child Abuse Registration System, vCity, Media Clippings and Contacts database, University of Central Asia website. This experience gave me very good understanding of user experience in the process of using these tools. Prioritizing most common functionality in UI and having all other tools under hand became good practice during development.
Being experienced professional photographer helps to archive best results. I have done various photo sessions for fashion magazines, nature and travel publications. More than 160 of my photos are used in international publications. I have also worked as video operator for musical clips and have good experience in video editing.
