Graphic/Web Designer and Technical Writer for global provider of security solutions and threat assessments for critical infrastructures.

Graphic Design: Design and Production of all marketing materials for the company. Projects include redesign of company brochure, business cards and website (not live), design of trade show booth, design of case studies, advertising scheme, and creation of Flash video for web and computer (trade show) playback.

Technical Writing: (Summary) Proposal Writer for Federal and State RFP, Project Submittals (safety plans, specifications, functional descriptions, quality control plans). Writing for marketing collateral. Research and authoring of White Papers. Researching and reviewing government specifications relating to construction and electronic security systems. Editing specifications in SpecsIntact for submission to Federal agencies for contract projects. Responsibilities include:

? Coordinate all aspects of the proposal development and submission processes for complex technical Government RFP (99% Federal) involving engineering, data services and additional writers.
? Determine and facilitate all requirements and manage the completion of forms and materials though all the proper reviews. Schedule RFP review meetings; create responsibility matrix to ensure consistent communication; ensure RFP response is customized to customer's requirements.
? Ensure that written proposals adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Government. Develop engaging, effective and concise writing styles and formats.
? Develop boilerplate and re-use material library to supplement proposal responses.
? Continually improve the proposal development process and communication within the company. Search for new, better ways to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
? Research and author industry specific White Papers for marketing and customer support.
? Develop, write and design all marketing initiatives.
