numerological study ;
The warmth of the ocher brick combines with lime walls and frames ; the Wenge wood openings of chestnut color - of which we see the automatic gate and
one of the entrance doors - integrates rusty texture IPN beam. In order to build this dream house with a private tennis court, it was necessary to have a plot of generous dimensions, with an area of about 1900 sq/m ; the
frontage of 39 meters integrates on its right side an entrance portal with ocher brick pillars ;
Floor covering of the villa consists of an anthracite gray tarred "tarmac" similar than street one : it contrasts skillfully with paths in straw-colored straw ; notice
the integration of four bonsais in a row.

Lap pool is both highlighted by the full lenght brick wall and ceiling glass : the interior of the villa benefits from exceptional light all year round.
Corner fitted kitchen optimizes Living-room space and gives a unique point of view of an interior lap pool.
The cathedral ceiling with exposed steel beams supports the roof decorated with an incredible panoramic glass roof running the length of this storey villa.
