Flexx - Flexx is a digital input device which responds to deformation, tilting, and pressure. A rubber embodiment encloses potentiometers or fiber optics, mercury switches, and piezo electric discs. Final working prototype is currently in production.
Sub-way: The subculture to the Ave. of the Arts - Ave. of the Arts, Inc. in Philadelphia challenged our class to resolve the bike parking issues on Broad Street. My partner and I chose to revamp the subway concourse which is currently a large vacant space. By implementing a bike lane, bike parking, murals, and rentable space for artists, musicians, and vendors, we developed a new means of urban transport in Philadelphia.
The city along with it's public transportation system is currently contemplating realising our design.
