This project involves the detailed drafting of casework and millwork for the 11th and 12th floors of Volition Capital's office at 699 Boylston Street. My work focuses on translating architectural designs into precise fabrication drawings.
I am responsible for all casework components, including plastic laminate base and upper cabinets, countertops, floating shelves, and wood trim, across various areas like the pantry, breakroom, closets, snack bar, wellness center, island, and reception area.
The project uses specific high-quality materials, and I am detailing each one to ensure accuracy:
Plastic Laminate (PLAM): FENIX NTM in Nero Ingo (PL1) and Bianco Kos (PL2), and Panolam Solstice Oak (PL3).
Solid Surface: Cambria Bentley (SS1), Cosentino Raw D Silestone (SS2), and Corian Quartz Valente Pearl (SS3).
I am following the project's Scope of Work to supply and install these items, while being mindful of exclusions like appliance pulls and plumbing.
