The client requested a two storey extension design located toward the rear and side of the property. Mainly focusing on expanding the existing floor plan to include a garage space and creating an open plan family/ kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.
The initial brief also requesting the reshuffling of the first floor layout to include the provision of a larger family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom to the front bedroom.
Both of the rear bedrooms have also been enlarged substantially in the extension works whilst also allowing for an increased availability of storage space in the loft.
