Masterplan Critical Analysis
This portfolio shows the initial research and development of ideas for the Becket Well site in Derby city center. The aims and objectives for the overall project were touched on within this project as well as initial master plan building massing.
Basic information about the site such as entrances and thoroughfares are defined and key buildings and features of the site are also highlighted. This portfolio begins to discuss the massing and features of the new planned construction by way of bubble diagrams and simple Scale 3D modelling.
