During the restoration of the steam locomotive 411, they faced an issue. All of the old carved wooden casting molds were destroyed, so the original emblem from the 1950-s could not be casted from aluminium again. To create a precise replica, the Trumann foundation asked me to create precise CAD model, they could to recast the original design of the number plates for the old locomotive.
The complex surface was modeled in plasticity in CAD format. Exported as STEP file for the 411 Truman foundation.
