BackPack Suspension System

This assignment was a group assignment set by a company to re-design a BackPack Suspension System to make it more lightweight, strong, innovative and so on.

This concept uses an extended waist belt, innovative lightweight buckle, storage straps with less material and is a development of the existing product.

The shapes of the shoulder straps were changed with storage added for the ease of using small objects. The shape and material of the chest buckle was changed to improve the lean weight concept of the backpack. It is now easier to put on and off with the straps made out of elastic. The back supports core idea was changed from strength down the middle of the panel to around the outside to add more breathability, comfort and potentially increased performance to the user when interacting upon it. amongst the other changes made.
