Gravity Flow Rack with Linear Actuator
Shown here is a custom designed gravity flow rack with a linear actuator at the end. Tote travels down the "L" shape to a staging spot. The staging platform is lowered to allow ergonomic access to the tote. Once completed, the linear actuator lifts the staging platform, and the worker can push the tote onto the conveyor platform (shown on the far right). Modeled and rendered in Solidworks.
