There have been too many badly designed so called 'townhouse' built in Palembang. Falsely called townhouse just to raise the marketing attractive point of the real estate. In this proposal to my client, the townhouse is designed to be humbly simple and functional. Again the design process took human as the center of the approach, all of that is to make sure the occupants will feel healthy and comfortable. The main goal is also to create a harmonious design to fit the enviroment, the design tried not to be unique but rather to humbly placed itself to respect the surrounding.
