A Knowledgeable Feast/ ASID Competition 2011 - A center for learning about food, healthy eating, and shopping in today’s economy. It can be in any grocery store modified to be on the first or second floor or connected to the side with its own entrance. A group room allows dividing into groups for trips through the grocery store, the kitchen areas or teaching and fun activities. The two kitchens each seat eighteen. One is a “clean” kitchen for people with food allergies. The design lets each store use their individual branding and colors.
