Public areas include: restaurant, spa, and other services.
Responsibilities included project management from design development to obtaining approved building permits. Duties also included meetings with the Miami Beach Design Review Board, Zoning Board and Building Departments.
Determined preliminary space needs and evaluated project for building code requirements. Developed marketing and presentation plans. Developed and managed the Cabana Sales Center through construction completion. Managed, coordinated and managed meetings with MEP, Structural and General Contractor and performed walk-throughs to ensure work was on schedule, within budget and based on architect's plans and specifications.
