Renovation and modernization of The World Residences at Sea. Improvements include the renovation of one private and one public dining areas. Changes include new granite floors, coffered ceilings, wall treatments, and furniture selection and custom built staging stations and new wine vault.
Developed preliminary evaluation of space needs and vessel code requirements. Developed demolition plan. Co-designed interior space layout. Also developed and produced Microsoft Powerpoint presentation for Residential approval. Designed material and sample boards for final residential approval.
Designed and produced shop drawings for custom furniture and staging stations.
Involved in furniture selection and developed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for budget costs and production forecasts for the architect, contractors and the client.
