SSAP-Terra Beach Side Villas
Mid-Rise loft apartments containing a total of 117 resident units for both Phase 1 and 2. Projects include a 400 ft. long atrium, Zen garden, covered garage, lifestyle center, media room, jacuzzi and fitness center. Each unit contains a custom designed kitchen and imported granite and marble floors.
Responsibilities included the Co-Management from Schematic Design phase to Construction completion. Duties included determining preliminary space needs and building code requirements. Developed marketing and presentation boards. Other roles included the design of the custom kitchen and bedroom fixtures.
Coordinated with Unit Owners, MEP and Structural consultants.
