Plotting Project – Hillside Development on a Steep Contoured Site
This unique plotting project is located in the picturesque hills of Goa, spread across approximately 20 acres of steep, contoured terrain. The aim was to develop a harmonious layout of plots that respects the natural topography while offering stunning views and functional access.
As the Lead 3D Visualiser, I was responsible for translating the complex terrain and layout into clear, immersive visual narratives for design evaluation, client presentations, and marketing.
The final outcome was a comprehensive visual representation of a thoughtfully planned hillside development that remains sensitive to the site’s ecology and topography, while offering premium residential plots with character and uniqueness.
