Design for a hand-held device that would target the "Generation Y" user market. The form allows for the viewscreen to remain unobstructed while the user carries it in the palm of his or her hand.
In a world dominated by iPod (and the like), the challenge was to create a form that had stand-alone interest, while also alluding to the playful, ever-changing nature of the Gen-Y target market. Dual headphone jacks to allow users to share their listening experience with a friend, and the faceplate is interchangeable, to provide the user with his or her need to remain "unique".
