New Student Housing and refurbishment of existing pub on the former Carlton Brewery Site, Chippendale, Sydney. Return brief to choose the right program for the given site, and integrate the existing building into the design. Main moves include a playful podium that engages the pedestrian avenue and integrates the pub, and a narrow student housing tower which maximises it's northern orientation through an undulating active facade
