I designed each part and had built them out of poly carbonate, Delrin and lost wax bronze. Once the prototype worked well I created all the production files and drawings.
The Emperor Pepper Grinder is one of the many variations I created while working at Chef'n. Cole and Mason has been producing it now for over 15 years.
Though the prototype worked and looked interesting, not every concept makes it into production.

"The Pepper Ball" was designed around Chef'n's original pepper grinder patent. The design has attained classic status and is sold worldwide. I came up with the idea, presented it, built the prototypes and completed all the production drawings. My name is on the patent.
