• The previous site had become so busy and cumbersome that nobody wanted to use it anymore.
• We had to effectively address the 6 or 7 distinctly different audiences who would visit the site—achieved by clearly indicating them on the home page.
• New forums built in Communifire are currently being built.
• The site is responsive, automatically resizing to the device it is being viewed on.
