Ctenophora
Was tasked with stepping outside of my comfort zone and design anything in 1 week. Brought together things which I am more familiar with, technology, with my inexperience of a couture level of fashion my idea would necessitate.
The basic concept is a dress that can create it's own aesthetic through active transfiguration. Not relying primarily on a fabric's own physical characteristic to transmit an aesthetic. It utilizes flexible OLED screens to change the surface characteristics actively, and shape memory alloys to be able to change the silhouette of the dress.
