This project was completed as part of Brown Sardina Assoc.
For this site we were asked to create a new park for the nursing home residents, their families, and employees of the D'Youville Senior Care Center in Lowell, MA. The park adds an outdoor destination for everyone, especially family and residents, to enhance their visits and give them space away to share and reflect.
Amenities include a walking path around existing pond, white cedar pergola with custom sun shades, custom granite and cast iron fountain, exposed aggregate plaza, tables and chairs.
