I've always wanted to make a truly vintage-styled port town barbershop that felt like the local shop you'd see in Popeye. The amazingly rich textures and that true feeling of a sleepy little 20th century port town, with enough ole pirate shanty references to give anyone scurvy and a taste for Nassau rum. Well, here is High Barbery - A barber shop that would make Bluto blush.
