Reception - The leather tiles guide you through the Reception and the front desks are the main focus, which is critical. The carpet on the floors mimic the dropped soffits throughout the space. (Revit & Photoshop)
Floor Plan - Because my concept was the slope of a roof, I incorporated diagonals throughout the floor plan. They guide you throughout the corporate office from the more public areas to the open office space. I used Herman Miller's system furniture setups in the open office area. (Revit & AutoCAD)
Finishes plan - There are leather tiles throughout the floor plan because of their durability and sound absorption abilities. Because there will be lots of commotion within the open office area, they are a good addition. There is blue carpet in all the private offices, as well as in the public areas such as the Reception, Lounge and waiting areas. There are white tiles in the Cafe as well. All the tiles mimic the diagonals of the walls. (Revit, AutoCAD & Photoshop)
Conference & Lounge - The lounge area and conference room are in the middle of all the offices, so they are easily accessible. The conference area seats up to 14 people, and gains sunlight through the glass wall from the wall of windows in the lounge. (Revit & Photoshop)

Open Office - These are Herman Miller's system furniture setups. There are glass partition walls separating two areas of the open office and they have a wide view of the Washington Monument. (Revit & Photoshop)
