Production Work Benches
When USE moved into the new building we wanted the production area to be more specific to our needs than just flat benches. A design was prototyped that allowed the parts bins to fit into and the trolleys that we used before to fit either side of the work area. This took all the ergonomics of working on a production line into account, and was tested by some of the production workers. We then had 3 sets of these benches fabricated to allow for expansion in the amount of production we could achieve, and the flexibility to produce a greater range of products at the same time.
