For this project I´ve been inspired by Cecil Beaton´s photographs. I got caught by his ability to combine a feeling of superficiality and glamour with something harsh, rough and mysterious. My focus has been the encounter between the city and the woman living in it, with it and, eventually, becoming one with it. Materials such as oak and iron are put alongside wool, cotton, leather and sequins.
