Indicative & Small scale Housing Layouts
These are some examples of indicative small scale housing layouts that have been designed by myself while working for Capita Symonds.
All of the sites are in the Essex area so coincide with the Essex Design Guide and parking standards.
The Layouts are all designed in Auto-Cad and then either transferred into M-Colour or Adobe Photoshop to add visual properties.
