Hallway Entrance - The Condo's entrance features an antique cloisonne vase that I am using as an umbrella holder. Above is an original painting by one of the condo's owners. The wooden box to the bottom right is an enclosure for the cat box. One of the design challenges was hiding the box yet making it easily accessible. The lid tilts open and the flat surface makes it a great place to put on shoes or rest a purse.
Hallway Entrance - This hallway photo features a wood frame mirror we had custom made from reclaimed wood that was left over from the couple's old barn. We are adding a shelf under it with accessories to store extra keys/sunglasses (photo to follow soon!).

Dining Area - The Condo features an almost completely open floor plan. You emerge from the hallway entrance and find the raised kitchen on your right. We added bar stools, with a slightly higher seat height than normal, to create a breakfast bar. On the far right, after the built in bookshelves is a built in desk/office area. And the round dining table can seat 6.
Close up of Dining Table and Chairs - This gorgeous Copper Trieste table is from Arhaus Furniture. The dining chairs are from the Stella Collection, in black, also from Arhaus.
Chandelier above Dining Table - This bold chandelier really makes the dining space and grounds the room. It's large but has a light feel and really meshes well with the copper table top.

Living Area - This open living area features a great blend of antiques, previously owned by the couple, and new pieces we incorporated. The barrel side table came from local import store Clipper Trading. The modern, studded coffee table was added to bring some bold color to the space. It was a sale find from Horchow.
Living Area - The living area shows off some modern pieces combined with antique pieces. New: Sofa and Coffee Table Antique: Side table & accessories, back cabinet, china display and china
Living Area - The room behind the glass paneled doors is a second bedroom or an addition sitting/office space.
Living Area - The frosted glass paneled doors lead to the second bathroom. The second bathroom is inside what used to be an elevator shaft. The old elevator doors still come out from the ceiling and floor to meet in the middle. We wanted to use the original doors; however, they were too difficult to open and close. We are looking into creating a mechanized device to open and close the doors but until then we added these French Doors with frosted glass.

Second Bedroom/Office - We got this fantastic sleeper sofa from 24e, a local furniture store in downtown Savannah. Not only does it have great lines and style, I hear it's extremely comfortable.
Second Bedroom/Office - The off white trunk is another great piece from Clipper Trading in Savannah. It adds some light color to the space, serves as a coffee table and stores the bedding for an overnight guest. The copper mirror was a Horchow find.
