NHS Link

The 'NHS Link' was designed to improve the interaction between paramedics, the patient and the hospital staff. The NHS Link will speed the transfer of information from the paramedic to the Hospital so that when the Patient arrives at the hospital the doctors already know the relevant information. It also means the patients notes wont have to be typed up upon arrival meaning the paramedics can go out on another job faster. The NHS Link should make the ambulance service more efficient and save the NHS Money.
the tablet has a simple user interface to minimise the time it takes to enter information so that the paramedics can carry on with jobs. The product has been designed to be easily cleaned hence the curves. the size has also been considered so that it can be easily held in one had with gloves on.
When all the information is entered into the system, the NHS Link will print a wristband for the patient with their details on and a colour based on the severity of their injury.
