Fillet/Chopping Knife concept
The blue model is a 3D print in ABS, slightly scaled down. The printed model was fairly low resolution so the rivets aren't defined. This knife features a wide sharp blade perfect for slicing thin long pieces of meat or fish. Curved blade also makes is useful as a chopping knife.
