Alice Yard 3rd Anniversary Poster - Each poster was designed using objects that exist or used to exist in Alice YARD. As Sean Leonard always says 'the layering', so what i decided to do is rather than impose something on the iconic 'BOX' the 'BOX' was imposed on the surrounding elements. Alice YARD custom typeface- Alice SC - Alice SC is a new typeface I designed specifically for Alice YARD. It was designed to be used as a display typeface. The first letter designed was the 'D' as that is exactly the shape of the floor plan of the 'BOX' the small gallery space designed by Architect Sean Leonard. Each character was then influenced by this, actually the 'O' is derived from the plan of the property which is a trapezoid. This type has been used in 3 new posters and in the design of the new logo for Alice YARD.

Alice Yard New Identity - The word mark is designed using the new typeface 'Alice SC' designed by myself. The Typeface & Logo are is influenced by the architecture of the Alice Yard space. The 'D' in YARD is the exact shape of the floor plan of the small gallery space at Alice YARD, this influenced the design of all the letter forms of the new typeface.

Alice Yard New Identity - This combination mark is an updated version of the former logo designed by Christopher Cozier it uses the floor plan of the 'BOX' (a small gallery space at Alice YARD'. The 'BOX' floor plan now contains the new word mark which is designed using the new custom typeface Alice SC which i designed.
